Hi Gina, I wanted to let you know how much I loved December’s IAWBO Gold call. Anything that makes my life easier and adds clarity to my business is much appreciated! I especially loved the 8 actions to “Take It Up a Notch!” I’m a planner but I also thrive on taking action so this was a great exercise to help me get things on paper and see my plan for 2010.

I also loved the tip you mentioned about writing things out on paper first, as a connection to the authentic self. It’s so true, and in fact, I wrote this out on paper first.
