How long have you been in business online? 9 Years

1. Provide a brief description of your business: I help people create a conscious connection with their Soul.

a) who do you love to work with? Transformational leaders

b) what is the #1 greatest benefit they get from working with you? The greatest benefit is that they have tangible tools to connect, be conscious and successful.

2. What does being a woman in business online mean to you and what is your favorite thing about it? Being online means that I can connect with women who are interested in accepting their power. One of my favorite things is to witness how we are all connected and how many being online proves that we are all just six degrees away from everyone.

3. Who or has been your greatest mentor and how have they impacted your success? Sibylle Preuschat, who is my co-creation teacher has helped me understand, that I don’t need to focus on the how; just the what.

4. What is the one achievement are you most proud of so far and why? I listen and created with Caren Frost Olmsted an amazing affirmation deck called The Keys of Grace. I’m truly awed, when people tell me that they selected a card and it was exactly what they needed to understand that day.

5. What does “authentic in business” mean to you and why is it important? Being authentic to me means being true in intention and word. It extends to every part of my life, business, relationships, etc. Being authentic in my business is a reflection of being true to myself.

6. What is your favorite & most effective marketing strategy that you use to grow your business? I offer a 15 minute Soul Language experience. What I do is so personal and the experience allows people to understand how profound having a conscious connection with their Soul can be.

7. How do you stay off (or minimize the extremes) of the proverbial “cashflow rollercoaster”? I focus on controllable goals. What can I do with my attraction process? How can I focus on creating powerful programs? And, then I trust that I’m being provided for and I’m in the flow.

8. How do you achieve work-life balance? I know that my business fuels my life and my life fuels my business. So I get to choose which fuel I’m going to utilize each moment.

9. What is your favorite technology that supports your online business and why? I love HootSuite. It allows me to stay on top of connecting with people.

10. What is your best productivity tip? What is the #1 contributor to getting the right things done quickly and with less struggle? Stop second guessing yourself and go with your gut.

11. What has been your biggest breakthrough, mindset shift or top lesson learned so far? Only focus on the next three steps ahead and be open to receiving.

12. What is one way that other women in business online can help you to be more successful in business? The connections that have been happening in my Ning community are so powerful. Keep connecting and sharing your experiences.
