How long have you been in business online? 6 years

Provide a brief description of your business a) who do you love to work with? b) what is the #1 greatest benefit they get from working with you?

What does being a woman in business online mean to you and what is your favorite thing about it?

For me this is about being a woman of business in the 21st Century and having the blessing of being able to serve globally rather than locally. This is about an energy matrix that circles and impacts the planet and allows for greater service and positive change to be created more quickly.

Who or has been your greatest mentor and how have they impacted your success?

I am so fortunate to have worked closely with so many powerful and impactful mentors but if I had to choose just one I would say Marianne Williamson

What is the one achievement are you most proud of as an entrepreneur so far and why?

I am extremely proud of building a virtual and in-person team of 16 incredible women who all support the sharing of the EnergyRICH® message.

What does “authentic in business” mean to you and why is it important?

Authentic in business is about not being afraid to be who you truly are and not believing that your financial success will be limited if you share your true self with the world through your business.

What is your favorite & most effective marketing strategy that you use to grow your business?

My most favorite and effective marketing strategy to grow my business is speaking to large groups of people whether in person or virtually.

How do you stay off of (or minimize the extremes of) the proverbial cash flow rollercoaster?

I refer to this as “intuitive financing” – it is an honest awareness of feeling completely aligned with all that flows out and staying in aligned action for continuous flow in.

What’s your best advice about how to achieve work-life-self balance?

I truly walk my talk so everything we teach in EnergyRICH® Coaching about daily energy management I am doing myself every morning.

What is your favorite technology that supports your online business and why? (i.e. how does it support you?)

Email. What  a blessing. To be able to communicate so much to so many so quickly is a phenomena – its hard to remember it didn’t even exist when I was in college.

What is your best productivity tip? i.e. how can our readers get more of the right things done quickly and with less struggle?

Step out of perfection and into positive process.

What has been your biggest breakthrough, mindset shift or top lesson learned so far?

Understanding that I can prosper more by being more and doing less.

Women in Business Online: How to STOP the Income Roller Coaster Ride – Now!

You relate to this roller coaster ride, yes? We’ve all ridden it. And I want to tell you something so really listen up, ok? I’ve never met ANYONE who can’t be financially successful as a healer, a coach, or an entrepreneur with heart and soul. BUT… I have come across so many who don’t believe that they can. And it is this energy that leads to many mis-matched marketing decisions. And it is this energy that leads to mis-use of money. And it is this energy that leads to avoidance, blame and procrastination. So I have one word for you – STOP.

Instead ask yourself “How Can I?”

Know that you can.

You can pull through.

You can be the guide of your business.

You can set up systems that ensure that you won’t experience an income drop again.

Most important: you can set your mind so that if there is an income drop you don’t take it drastically. You don’t freak out. You don’t panic. Instead you immediately open up to: “What am I being asked to see here?” “How can I?”

Make the shift.

Manage your energy and mindset on a daily basis.

Create a marketing system that goes into your calendar daily, weekly, bi-Monthly, quarterly and annually.

Fill in your marketing calendar for the next 6 months.

Start with the next 30 Days and then plug in daily actions.

Once you’ve created this energetic and practical process you will support yourself in staying off the income roller coaster ride.

Hint: And then as your business grows it will so easy to pass this system on to an assistant!
