Step One: Bookmark Your Welcome Message. After your order is processed you’ll be taken to a welcome page on my site. On this page are questions for you to answer that will become your first post to our private message board.

You’ll also find a short instructional video on this page showing you how to login and post your messages using the message board platform. This is how we’ll communicate during the program. Rest assured, the platform is straightforward and simple to use.

Step 02: Watch for Your Username/Password to Our Private Message Board. After your order is processed, my team will get to work creating our private online meeting room. This is where you and I will communicate each day. No one else will have access but us. One-on-one. We’ll use the information you provide when you register to create your profile so please make sure the information is accurate. The email subject line is “Welcome to VIP Web Coaching – Here is Your Username and Password”.

Step 03: Interact daily. Every week day (Monday through Thursday) you will receive a response to your latest question. Each day you ask me a question and each day I answer your question. You implement the changes and suggestions that I make. And we progress through the coaching program.

Every time you post a question to our private message board, I’ll receive an email letting me know that you have posted a question. When I post a response, then you’ll receive an email informing you to go to the message board to see what I have written.

We’ll also have a place to upload files to the site in case you have an ebook or a report or something similar that you want me to critique.

Each day you ask me your most burning and relevant question; I answer it candidly with suggestions; You implement the changes. And so on.

Here’s a peek at some of the questions I’ve received already:

1. Only one question per day. Each day you can ask me one question. If your post contains more than one I’ll only respond to the first one. Here’s the thing… In order for me to provide *personal* coaching where I literally spend time looking into your specific situation so that I can respond with highly relevant advice, I cannot answer more than one question per day.

2. Weekends and Holidays = Days Off. We will take the weekends off (Friday-Sunday) and any major holidays that may arrive during our coaching relationship. Rest assured, we’ll get plenty accomplished during the rest of the week, and we’ll both deserve the break.

3. You control the content. Remember, we aren’t working from a set “curriculum”. There’s no checklist to follow, ebooks to read, audios to listen to or training to complete. What we cover is completely up to you and the questions you need answered now. This is the best way I know of to provide the highest level of “meet-you-where-you’re-at” support. This is how I can make sure you get the exact information and personalized advice that is relevant for you right now.

4. I’m not a technology wizard. Yes, I said you can ask any questions you want but I do have a disclaimer: Technology and software is not my strong subject. So, if you ask a question that I don’t feel qualified to answer I will provide recommendations to trusted vendors and resources.

5. Ask a silly question if you want a silly answer. Please don’t ask silly questions. I’m including this in the terms to prevent questions like “Gina, please tell me the top 100 ways to grow my subscriber list” or “Gina, what exact steps must I take to successfully launch an association like IAWBO? If you ask those kinds of questions, you just wasted your money. The goal here is to improve your business strategically which can only happen when you ask questions that are realistic and relevant. If your goal is to grow your list, that’s great. A more relevant and realistic question might be “Gina, I would like to see my subscriber list grow faster. Will you look at my site to see if there’s a strategy you can suggest that I’m not currently leveraging?”

6. You’ll hear from me within 24 hours. Please make certain that you have your new question posted by 6:00 pm CT in order for me to respond prior to 6:00 pm CT the following day. If you miss a day, you can’t make it up so get them posted on time. The earlier the better.

7. Initial 3-month commitment then month-to-month. When you join today, then you’ll have 90 days of coaching available. (Monday through Thursday) Your coaching will end exactly 90 days from the day you began. Of course, if you want to continue with more coaching for additional blocks of 30 days, you can continue un-interrupted. You will automatically be re-billed for the next month unless you cancel. There are NO minimums and there are no obligations. Important: I am LIMITING the number of clients I accept each month. Existing clients have first priority to continue for the next month. You will not lose your spot if you wish to continue.

8. You determine the speed of success. Each day I will answer your questions with recommendations and resources. How and when you implement changes and improvements is up to you. There may be to do’s that you accomplish within a few minutes of my reply. At other times, you may take a few days. It’s your call. Because of this I cannot guarantee exactly what we’ll accomplish during our time together. We may only get your freebie offer overhauled during the month. We may get 20 or more things done. It’s going to depend on how much needs to be changed and how quick you take action to implement. What I want you to realize is this program is designed so that you can work at a pace YOU are comfortable with. If you struggle with implementation and accountability that’s something we can build into the program too.
