IAWBO Founder Gina Bell noticed a recurring need for mentorship that supports what women already know and do – because others want to know it too. She believes women already posses much of what they need to reach the next level of success. The missing piece is knowing how to package, promote and profit from that know-how. This is about taking inventory first and then identifying areas that need support, skill development or systems.

The International Association of Women in Business Online {IAWBO} was established in 2009 and has transitioned to the Institute for Aspiring Women in Business online June 2011.
